Arter (Bedford Heights, Ohio), born in Cordova, Alabama, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Davis and Madie Mavis Davis; and her grannie Maddie Louise Driver Smith. She is survived by: her cousin Betty; her husband Roland Arter; her daughters, Donna Owens (Ricky), Danita Palmer, Robin Martin and Traci Palmer; and her grandchildren, Tenell, Darius, Candiss, Brianna, Tracina, Dilan and Braxton.
