With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barry Keith Dowdell (Bedford Heights, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 25, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Frank Williams; and his brother Roy Dowdell (Beverly). He is survived by: his mother Bonietha Williams; his children, DeLisa Dowdell and Antoine Franklin; and his siblings, Frank Dowdell, Karen McDearmon (Kevin), Katrina Walker (Edward), Joan Cook (Patrick) and Kelly Young. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calhoun Funeral Home (23000 Rockside Rd, Bedford Heights, OH 44146). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 10:30 AM at the Imani Temple Ministries (2463 N Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118).
