He is survived by: his wife Dr. Vivian Clark-Jacobs; his siblings, Cynthia Washington (Charles), Venita Lynn and Jarmel Jacobs; his children, Angela Taylor, Danielle Clark-Barnes and Joshua Isaiah Jacobs; his nephew Isaiah Lynn; his nieces, Kiana Cogdell, Ivana Lynn and AiRese Deans; and his grandsons, Christopher, Josiah and Larenz. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
