He was predeceased by: his parents, Mander Moore and Della Conley Moore; his wife Barbara Hagans; and his brothers, Julius Moore and James Earl Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Belinda Salisbury (Eddie) of Waverly and Diana Slone (Eric) of New Palestine; his grandchildren, Ryan Salisbury (Erin) of Lucasville, Dustan Salisbury of Waverly, Lindsay Slone of Indianapolis and C. J. Slone of Indianapolis; his great grandchildren, Katlynn, Morgan, Logan, Hunner, Carson, Addison and Elijah; his sister-in-law Ruby Moore of Langley; his nieces, Rosemary Tackett (Freddie) of Waverly and Stacey Moore of Langley; and his nephew Glen Moore (Cathy) of Beaver, Ohio..
