He was predeceased by: his parents, James Conley and Ervina Conley (Childers). He is survived by: his wife Elva Blair Conley (Thompson); his daughters, Angela and Mary Conley of White Oak; his stepchildren, Cynthia Thompson of Salt Rock, Jennifer Deaton (Jimmy) of Beaver and Gary L. Thompson of Chillicothe; and his siblings, Timothy (Carmela) of Mississippi, Wayne (Betty) of West Portsmouth, Pemm (Connie) of White Oak, Roy of Lucasville, Glenn (Elaine) of Jacksonville, Mark (Lori) of Jacksonville, Paul of Portsmouth, Nancy Garcia (Chris) of Longview and Margaret Cole of Olive Hill. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
