With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tammy M. Stevens of Beaver, Ohio, born in Logan, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Chad Disbennett; her grandparents, Chester, Patricia Eveland and Jake Disbennett; and her stepfather Tim Cramblit.

She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Disbennett and Robin Eveland Cramblit; her husband Jimmy; her children, Johnathan, Taylar, Trevor, Lincoln and Kyus Stevens; her brother Ryan Disbennett (Katie); her parents-in-law, Jim and Mary Stevens; her brothers-in-law, Tim and Kevin Stevens; her nieces and nephews, Corey, Triton, Axton, Atlas, Everest, Brianna, Majel, Isabell, Mariana and Olivia; and her grandmother Mary Disbennett. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
