He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Tuttle and Rachel Thornsberry Tuttle; his daughter Angela Dawn Tuttle; and his siblings, Clayton Tuttle, Kanawha Tuttle and Inez Riley Miller.
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Spencer Tuttle; his children, Teresa Southworth (Dennis) of Piketon and Gordon Tuttle (Teresa) of Lucasville; his wife Grace Smith Tuttle; his children, Shannon Tuttle (Regina) of Waverly and Isaiah Tuttle of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Brandi Southworth Davis, Justin Tuttle, Benjamin Tuttle, Adam Tuttle, Abbey Tuttle, Lathan Tuttle and Arayah Tuttle; and his siblings, Joseph Tuttle of Beaver, Vergie Burton (John) of Pure, Betty Warren (Ed) of Monroe, Alma Knowles of Waverly and Sherry Vincent (Jimmy) of New Boston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
