He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wilson and Nellie Ratliff; and his aunt Helena Maddy. He is survived by: his parents, Regina Foster and Von Foster; his wife Gwendolyn; his children, Zachary and Kaitlyn; his grandchildren, Kason and Maelee; his children, Halo, Zander, Tanzlee, Carson, Colson, Elizabeth and Grace; his siblings, Karen Page (Dave Brandenburg), Roy Garrison (Tammy), Chrissy Garrison and Laurie Moore (Jerome); his niece Shea; his close friends, Jim, Dolly Chandler, Jamie Jackson and Austin Gillenwater; and his cousin Michael Osborn. He is also survived by seven sons, and many grandchildren.
