He is survived by: his parents, James Maynard and Diane Maynard of Beaver, OH; his daughter Megan Maynard of Tennessee; his siblings, Brian Maynard (Rufus) of Beaver, Danny Maynard of Piketon and Cristel Exline (Art) of Beaver; his close friend Don Hinkel of Beaver; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
