She was predeceased by: her mother Eva Montgomery Tackett; her spouse Leroy Francis; and her siblings, William Arnold Tackett and Rita Hodge. She is survived by: her parent William Tackett (Nancy) of Piketon; her children, Scott Tackett (Lori) of Waverly, Nathan Francis, Jessica Ison of Beaver, Ohio and Miranda Francis; her grandchildren, Morgan Tackett, Kayleah Shiland, Landon Shiland, Zander Shiland, Steven Dingess, Taylor Grooms, Jagger Grooms, Connor Francis, Payden Francis, Jaxon Vurney, Jamison Vurney and Jayden Harris; and her siblings, Rick Tackett (Brenda) of Piketon, Charlie Tackett (Brenda) of Waverly, Gary Tackett of Jacksonville, Florida and Janet Howard (Jack) of Waverly.
