She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jesse, Janice Hawkins, Paul and Lois Swope; and her parents-in-law, Paul and Louise Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Lucas; her husband Paul Johnson; her parents, Don Swope and Joyce Swope; her siblings, Laurie Andrews (Jeff), Jeff (Terri) and Chris Swope (Barb); her stepson Peter Johnson (Rachel); her stepgrandchildren, Jack and Evelyn; her nieces and nephews, Ciara Hendricks (Mitch), Rachel Robinson (Jared), Anya Swope, Eden Swope, Josh Andrews and Declan Swope; and her pet Duke.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the North Lima Mennonite Church (90 Mennonite Dr, North Lima, OH 44452). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that material tributes may be made in Michele's memory to North Lima Mennonite Church or American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
