He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ray and Jean Louise Adams (Bell); and his sister Linda Nance. He is survived by: his wife Robin L. Adams (Spradlin); his daughters, April Davis (Tommy) and Angel K. Adams; his stepsons, Jon, Blevins and Joel Blevins; his siblings, John Drabenstott (Karen) of Wooster, Clifford Adams (Mary), Terry Osborne of Piketon, Peggy Ferguson (Edgar) of Londonderry and Roger Willard of Londonderry; and his close friends, Steve Willette and Daryl Justice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
