He was predeceased by: his parents, Sid Tackett Sr. and Ethel Mae Bentley Tackett; his siblings, Henry Tackett, Daniel Tackett, Johnny Tackett, Bud Tackett, Fetty Tackett, Elsie Tackett, Trilla Anderson, Ethel Mae and Debbie Osborne; and his stepmother Mary Jo Damron Tackett.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Adams Tackett; his children, Marvin Tackett (Kayla) of Beaver, Tim Tackett (Kristy) of Irvine, Steve Stutz (Danielle) of Waverly, Isaac Adams (Sharon) of Waverly and Chasity Blakeslee (Richard) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Quentin Boggs, Makayla Stutz, Taylor Boggs, Braydon Stutz, Brooklyn Adams, Brock Adams, Chayse Blaum, Michael Tackett, Cody Day, Madison Tackett, Cody Means and Caleb Means; his great grandchild Arrow Stutz; and his siblings, Sam Tackett, Sid Tackett Jr., Eugene Tackett, Bessie Kingery, Margaret Rigsby, Reva Mills and Belinda Burton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
