He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Hayes; and his niece Tawni Pina. He is survived by: his wife Carol Orr; and his sisters, Renee Howard Withrow, Traci Hayes, Kristel Dopp and Jamie Dominguiz Dopp. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
