He is survived by: his wife Risbey Cathern Jenkins Hoover; his children, Dean Hoover (Melody) of Wheelersburg, Tammy Hoover of Beaver, Heath Hoover (Mandi) of Beaver, Trish Powell of Portsmouth, Lisa Gillette (Chris) of Lucasville, Rena Shaw of Beaver and Crystal Brabson (Boone) of Beaver; and his brother Roger Wayne Hoover of Jackson, Ohio.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
