She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Vencil Evans Jr. and Annalee Hall Evans; her son Clifford "Skeet" Rapp Jr.; and her siblings, Billy Evans, Junior Evans, Paul Arms, William Ward, Mary Alice Dixon and Betty Ward.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford Junior Rapp; her children, Kenneth J. Rapp (Cheryl Clarkson) of Beaver, Angela Marie Jackson (Frederick Lamar) of Beaver, David Michael Rapp (April Mason) of Beaver, Branda K. Bliss (Christopher) of Beaver and Sherry Deanna VanDyke (Phillip Lee) of Beaver; and her siblings, Elzie Evans of Owensville, Dave Ward of Columbus and Nellie Tomblin of Owensville, Kentucky.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
