She is survived by: her daughter Vanessa Lynn Burkitt of Beaver; her grandchildren, Erin Fout of Beaver, Erika Adkins (Jason) of Chillicothe, Adam Fout, CJ Burkitt of Piketon and Jessica Burkitt of Killeen, Texas; her great grandchildren, Justin Waulk of Beaver, Hope Waulk of Lucasville, Clay Fout of Beaver, JJ Adkins of Chillicothe, Ben Adkins of Chillicothe and Emma Adkins of Chillicothe; her daughter-in-law Sandy Fout (Bob); her siblings, Sidney Smith (Linda), Rod Smith, Joyce Richards (Fred), Bernadine Conkel and Beverly Griffiths; and her great grandchild Carter.
