He was predeceased by: his parents, Simmie Alley and Grace Alley (Osborne); his former wife Carolyn Lou Spence; his daughter Sandy Stapleton; his son-in-law Terry Stapleton; his siblings, Willian "Sprat" Alley, Roger Alley, Steve Alley and Barb Holsinger (Alley); and his fiancée Lois Perkins (Sue Cook).
He is survived by: his children, Mark Alley (Brenda) of Bainbridge, Shirley Greene (Bert) of Beaver, Ben Alley of Dayton and Jeff Alley (Susan) of Beaver; his grandchildren, Mandy Jayne (Wayne), Chris Greene (Robin), Jessy Mustard (Chris), Luke Stapleton (Taylor), Matt Alley and Quentin Alley; and his brother Bob Alley (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations, everyone is asked to wear a mask and practice proper social distancing procedures and guidelines.
