She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hackworth and Opal Risner Hackworth; her husband Terry Conley; her children, Jennifer Gullett and Jeffrey Gullett; and her siblings, Donald Hackworth and Donna Hackworth.
She is survived by: her children, Margie Evans (Tracy) of Waverly and John G. Roberts of Piketon; her grandchildren, Kiela Gullett, Aubrey Gullett and Madalyn Evans; and her sister Debra Richmond.
