He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Lewis and Phyllis Jenkins Lewis; and his daughter Justine Manning. He is survived by: his wife Allison Nicole Harris Lewis; his children, Trevor Lewis of Latham, Caleb Manning of Beaver and Lanessa Manning of Beaver; his grandchildren, Jasper Lewis and June Lewis; and his sister Tisha Potter of Latham.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
