He is survived by: his wife Paula McDougal Otto; his sons, Kevin Otto (Kelly) of Mingo Junction and Jamie Otto (Rhonda) of Beallsville; his grandchildren, Gwendolynn Shriver (Billy), Weston, Brynlyn, Destin, Kenton, Kolton and Kassidy Otto; his great grandchildren, Bella, Rosy Lee and Brittlyn; and his brothers, Toby Otto of Beallsville and Tracey Otto (Melissa) of Armstrong Mills.
