We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2023, at the age of 69, Paul Richard Foltz of Beallsville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Foltz and Marjorie Belle Hutchison Foltz; his siblings, Earl Foltz, Jr. and Nancy Foltz Lucas; and his grandparents, Robert and Anna Mellott Hutchison.

He is survived by: his niece Anna May Foltz; his nephew Earl Foltz, III; his uncle Carl Hutchison; his aunt Jean Hutchison; and also, Tony and Diane Valentine. He is also survived by family; also many special cousins.
