She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harold, Alfrida Smithberger, James and Lucille Vitale; her great-uncle Edmund Schumacher; and her great-aunts, Louise, Marie and Mildred Schumacher.
She is survived by: her parents, Frank Smithberger and Linda Smithberger (Vitale); her son Kaiya Wickham; her fiancé James Guy; her fiancé's daughters, Erin and Emma; her siblings, Jaime Stuckey (Micheal), Justin Smithberger (Nikki) and Sean Smithberger (Marianne); and also, Jason Wickham and Elio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
