He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Norris and Celestia McCammon Norris; his sister Joetta; his parents-in-law, James and Agnes Alonge Mitchell; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Bewley Mitchell, Debbie Mitchell Remo and Chris Remo.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Mitchell Norris; his daughters, Becky Norris (Bob Hibbits) of Beallsville, Laura Norris of Missouri and Natalie Norris of Alaska; his grandchildren, Dustin Mitchell Norris of Beallsville, David Hibbits of Beallsville, Madison, Chase and Ava Rose of Martins Ferry; his sisters, Linda Schaefer (Ozark Community) of Beallsville and Diana Norris of Cambridge; and his brothers-in-law, Jay Mitchell of Belmont and Paul Mitchell (Kay) of Barnesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
