He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Long and Dorothy Starr Long; his son Vaughn Long; and his siblings, Wayne, Jennings, Donald, Charles Long and Peggy Hollister.
He is survived by: his wife Lyda Long; his daughter Vicki Lohr (Scott) of Sardis; his grandchildren, Nicholas Lohr (Cassady), Leslie Lohr, Jessica Davis (Tyler), Cody Good and Colton Long; his great grandchildren, Tytus and Teagan Davis; his brother Billie Long (Susie) of Massillon; and his pet Duffy Lynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
