She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Perkins and Thelma Swan Perkins; her husband Rudy Palmer; her siblings, Blanche Vianelli and James Perkins; and her brother-in-law Neil Hamilton.
She is survived by: her sisters, Nelda Hamilton of Beallsville and Lorna Brownfield (Dale) of Jerusalem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; also many friends.
