He is survived by: his wife Carole Yingling Isaly; his children, Kelvin "Woody" Isaly, Joetta "Jody" Shipley (Roger) of Jerusalem, Brian Isaly of Beallsville and Jamie Isaly of Beallsville; his grandchildren, JoeDon Nippert of Sistersville, Donald Nippert of Alledonia, Kaylin Isaly of Beallsville, Trent Isaly of Beallsville and Brittany Taylor of Highpoint; and his siblings, Ronnie Isaly (Maxine) of Hannibal, Charles Isaly (Judy) of Sardis and Mary Lou Smith of Michigan. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
