She was predeceased by: her parents, James Milligan and Arminta Brock Milligan; her husband Richard Miller; her siblings, Alice Stell, Wilma Simmons and Harry H. Milligan; and her grandson Anthony Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Neil Miller (Vicky), Gary Miller (Judy) of Beallsville and Curtis Miller (Alice) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Daniel, Kristi, Rachelle, Brian and Dana; and her great grandchildren, Annaleise, Aaron, Andrew, Belle, Trinity and Camden.
