He is survived by: his wife Della Mae Davis Mellott; his children, Ronald Mellott (Janet) of Jacobsburg, Mary Mellott King (Jim) of Sistersville, Donald Mellott of Winchester, Virginia and Terri Mellott of Winchester, Virginia; and his siblings, Carlos Mellott of Beallsville, Betty Gallaher (Lloyd) of Jerusalem and Irene Monte of Ramos.
