It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Perkins of Beallsville, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Perkins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Perkins and Carrie Yocum Perkins; his wife Shirley Lucas Perkins; his great grandchild Dylan Bable; and his half-siblings, Almeda Kemp, Bernard Perkins, Vernon Goddard and Carl "Todd" Goddard.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Goddard (Rex), Bryan Perkins, Loretta Goddard, Craig Perkins (Kris) and Melissa Smithberger (Kiven). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, and many friends.
According to COVID-19 guidelines, face masks and social distancing will be required at both visitation and services.
In keeping with his wishes, George's family requests that rather than sending flowers and keepsakes, memorial contributions be made to the Belmont Ridge Christian Church Cemetery Fund, ℅ Randy Dillon, 51722 SR 26, Jerusalem, Ohio 43747.
