She is survived by: her children, Paula Otto (Ike) of Beallsville, Debbie McDougal of Lakeland, Barbara Price (Frank) of New Martinsville and Steve McDougal (Babbette) of McArthur, Ohio; and her siblings, Frank Smith of Hernando, Florida, Ethel Bartholomew of Lake Milton and Vivian Norris of Millersburg, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
