He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Hatfield Marcum; and his brothers, Robert Marcum and Kenneth Marcum. He is survived by: his sons, Cliff Marcum, Jr. (Pat) of Beallsville, Barry Marcum (Crystal) of Skiatook, Bryan Marcum (Tammy) of Malaga and Don Marcum of Belmont, Ohio; his sister Faye Marcum Devers of St. Augustine, Florida; and his sister-in-law Lydia Hatfield Cumbo of Plain City, Ohio. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandsons; several nieces and nephews.
