She is survived by: her children, Kelvin "Woody" Isaly, Joetta "Jody" Shipley (Roger) of Jerusalem, Brian Isaly of Beallsville and Jamie Isaly of Beallsville; her grandchildren, JoeDon Nippert of Sistersville, Donald Nippert of Alledonia, Kaylin Isaly of Beallsville, Trent Isaly of Beallsville and Brittany Taylor of Highpoint, NC; and her siblings, Thomas Yingling of Wheeling and Ruth Ann Haslam (Dewey) of Clarington. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
