She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kearns (Spencer) and Jesse Kearns; her husband Walton L. Parr; and her daughter Enola Phillips. She is survived by: her son Kevin Parr (Betty). She is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren and many Nieces & Nephews.
