She is survived by: her husband Marvin Perkins; her sons, Chris Perkins (Nellie), Eric Perkins (Deana), Brent Perkins (Lori) and Darrell Perkins (Julie); and her grandchildren, Crystal Polen (Brent), Justin Perkins (Mary), Chelsea Nall (Aaron), Cambria Westfall, Aaron Perkins (Megan), Andrew Perkins (Emilee), Jonah Perkins (Alexis), Hannah Carpenter (Cole), Lane Perkins (Andrea), Marissa Arigoni (Billy) and Nathan Perkins.
In keeping with Alice's giving spirit, in lieu of flowers and keepsakes, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Beallsville Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box 68, Beallsville, Ohio 43716.
