She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Levine and Mary Levine (Kline); her brother Michael S Levine; and her son-in-law Howard Lederer. She is survived by: her children, Robert Herman (Rachel) and Lisa Herman Lederer (Josh); her grandchildren, Elyse Lederer, Brian Lederer, Hannah Herman and Sarah Herman; her former husband Stan Herman; her sister-in-law Carolyn Levine; her nieces, Dina Nathan and Eliana Weissman; and her nephew Marc Levine.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Susan's memory to Temple Emanu El or the American Lung Association.
