He is survived by: his significant other Rita Rosenberg; his children, Jo Ellen Cornrich, Neil Cornrich and Karen Hess (Roger); his grandchildren, Jonathan Levey, Jordan Levey (Ben Lenet), Zachary Hess (Elena), Taylor Hess (Noah Hutton), Brian Hess (Sam Alviani) and Nic Ludwig (Ally); his great grandchildren, Alice Rita Hess, Freddie Hess, Clementine Hess, Zelda Hess Hutton and Jude Alviani-Hess; and his sister Stella Birnbaum.
