It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Leventhal (Beachwood, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 22, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandchild Brian Shaw. She is survived by: her husband Ray Leventhal; her children, Ilene Shaw, Eric Shaw, Ken Leventhal and Diane Leventhal (Greg Anderson); her grandchildren, Valerie Stern, Julie Shaw, Jason Shaw and Rachel Melvald; and her great grandchildren, Paige Safenovitz, Brady Safenovitz, Ashleigh Stern and Samantha Stern.
