She was predeceased by: her siblings, Sidney Koblenz, Leonard Koblenz, Vivian Klepak and Mary Kantrowitz. She is survived by: her children, Bryan Swartz (Shira) of Naples and Pamela Levine (Alan) of Orange Village, Ohio.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
