It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel Gavreelaw Jaffe of Beachwood, Ohio, who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Craig Coffey; her parents, Jonathan Jaffe and Leslie Vesel (Mark); her siblings, Joshua Jaffe, Heather Klopman (Ian Ross), Mark F. Vesel (Amanda), Zack Vandevander, Ian Blattel, Emily Flores and Katelyn Freeman; her grandmothers, Lita Phinick and Dawn Tolchinsky; her nieces and nephews, Silas, Giuliana, Landyn, Jackson, Roslyn and Wyatt; and her aunts and uncles, Steve Jaffe (Meryl), Yehudas Weiszner (Chaim) and Michael Wertheimer (late Stacie).
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Bet Olam Cemetery (25796 Chagrin Blvd, Beachwood, OH 44122).
