We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2022, at the age of 88, Phyllis D. Kohn of Beachwood, Ohio passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ted Kohn; her children, Ilene Neides (Robert) and Lawrence A. Kohn; her grandchildren, Bradley Neides, Liza Goldner (Zac), Mitchell Neides, Alexandra Beary (Ricky) and Alana Rashkin (JD); her great grandchild Owen; and her sister Mildred Henkin.

Due to the pandemic, the family requests no visitation at the residence. (Please respect the family wishes).
