He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betsy; his children, Dr. Daniel Shoag (Lyndsay), Dr. Jonathan Shoag (Stefanie), Dr. Jamie Levy (Wayne) and Ariel Santosa (Nolan); his stepson Michael Petronzio; and his brother Eric Shoag.
