She is survived by: her daughter Carol Jacak; her sister Teri Braun Penn; her grandchildren, Annaliese and Mitchell Jacak; and her nieces and nephews, Peter, Ann Matuszny, Michael Mitchell, Robin Pyner and Jodi Braun.
