She was predeceased by: her husband Irving J. Chelm; her child Jordan Chelm; her grandson Jeffrey Chelm; and her parents, Molly Kowit and Jack Kowit.
She is survived by: her children, Kerry and Keith Chelm (Beth); her brother Edward Kowit (Ros); her grandchild Jayna Metalonis (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Isla and Maea Metalonis.
