The memory of Evelyn W. Herring (Beachwood, Ohio), who passed away on January 2, 2025 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid adieu to Evelyn's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Evelyn has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Herring; and her brother Clarence W. Mixon. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana England (Henry) and Judi Williams; her brothers, Roy Mixon (late Geraldine), George Mixon (Marilyn) and Edward Hyde; and her grandchildren, Qiana and Alex Woodard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Memorial St. Mark's Presbyterian Church (22111 Chagrin Blvd, Beachwood, OH 44122). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
