With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther C. Ruben of Beachwood, Ohio, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 24, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Max; and her son Michael. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey (Regina) and Daniel; her daughter-in-law Gloria Ruben; and her grandchildren, Adam Ruben (Marina), Rachel Taschenberger (Peter), Charles Lasky (Rebecca) and Meredith Daniels (Kevin). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.

Family suggests contributions to the Max & Esther Ruben B'nai Mitzvah Fund C/O Fairmount Temple Anshe Chesed or the charity of choice.
