He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julius Kotlowitz and Ettie Kotlowitz; his close friend Ella Gross; his children, David Kayloe (Cathy), Liliane Holland (Jeff), Jordan Kayloe (Natalia) and Rachel Marotta (Mario); his grandchildren, Katherine, Daniel Holland, Manny Marotta, Hannah Marotta (Joseph Barker) and Dmitri Alexandrov (Bei Na); and his great grandchildren, Mark and Michael Alexandrov.

A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Olive Cemetery (27855 Aurora Rd, Solon, OH 44139). A shiva was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Home of Kelly and Todd Adelman (36265 S Huntington Dr, Solon, OH 44139).
