He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Owens; his sons, Robert Polen II (Lisa) of Strasburg and Brook Dean Polen of Beach City; his grandson Andrew Polen; and his brothers, Jack (Barbara), Clyde (Nancy) and James Polen (Cathy). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
