He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collingwood and Mary Bertha Kochis Collingwood. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Lynn Wiles; his daughter Crystal Morgan (Jeff) of Bedford; his sister Kitty Uchbar (Darrel) of Novelty; and his stepsons, Dan McDonald of Navarre and Eric McDonald of West Salem. He is also survived by married April 15, 2006, two sons.
