He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Skelly and Dianne Jackson Skelly; his sons, Dakota J. Skelly of Dayton and Braxton J. Skelly of Navarre; and his siblings, Leslie F. Skelly II of Beach City and Shawna Skelly.
